We're concerned to hear that you feel we have not got back to you and that you've suffered from stress - we will of course do anything we can to help, and as you know from our visit arranged on Feb 21st, after your phone call on Feb 14th, we do endeavor to help our patients as quickly and efficiently as possible. As you told our patient support team that you were in no rush, we advised we would arrange an Audiologist visit w/c 16th May upon his return. You contacted us on Friday 29th April to let us know you were having a few problems with your hearing aids and our team advised that your local Audiologist was on holiday until 16th May. We're sorry you're unhappy with our service Mr Parkes. I had previously got NHS aids and the were very basic and useless in public places.

Best get them insured quickly, but I think it is important to remember that the cost is in the professional expertise offered and the aftercare, not just for the hearing aids. My husband is pleased not having to repeat himself and the grandchildren are glad I dont keep saying "what" all the time. I was pleased with them, totally different from the NHS, much, much better service and having a more advanced aid meant that I could now turn down theTV and also hear and answer my friends in the pub. A couple of weeks later she returned to see if I was ok with them and to adjust them.

She tried the test aids and returned in a week with my own set and adjusted them, she also showed my how to download an app so that I could adjust them in any setting I was in. She took great care in assessing my hearing capability on her computer and what degree of loss I was experiencing. The home visit was not rushed and Ms Hatt listened to my history of hearing loss and the problems I was encountering with communicating with my family and in social settings.
